An agricultural Vignette is on the left and on the right is a Vignette of an early train engine. This note is signed by Mayor Bart Turner who served as the town sheriff previously. The reverse states it "Will Be Redeemed in U.S. Currency". This note grades Very Good / Fine with pinholes, a ~3/8" internal tear at the center, ~3/4" tear on the right, ~3/4" tear on the left, a ~1/2" tear on the top, and other small edge tears.
