Returns (if applicable)
Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for the return of a product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Note
- If you want to return the items, please notify us by email, stating the reason and the order number within 14 days of receipt.
- All items must be sent back completely with the original package. All packages should be sent via a trackable method.
